AURORA – TERMS, SHIPPING, RETURN & PAYMENT POLICY

GENERAL
Welcome to Aurora. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms and policies mentioned below. We request all customers to read these policies carefully before making a purchase.

Aurora reserves the right to update, modify, or change these policies at any time without prior notice.


PRODUCT DISCLAIMER
We strive to present our products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to photography lighting, screen resolution, editing, and fabric nature.
Please note:

  • Colours may appear slightly different in person due to screen settings and lighting.
  • Fabrics such as georgette, chiffon, cotton blends, etc. may naturally develop wrinkles/creases during packaging and transit. These can be easily restored after ironing or steaming.
  • Minor variations in lace placement, embroidery, handwork, stitching, or finishing may occur and shall not be considered defects.
  • Measurements may have minor variations of approximately 0.5–1 inch due to manual tailoring and production processes.

 

SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on customer location, courier service availability, weather conditions, festivals, or unforeseen logistical delays.
  • Once the order has been handed over to the courier partner, Aurora shall not be held responsible for delays caused by the courier company.
  • Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details.
  • In case of incorrect address, unreachable phone number, repeated delivery failure, or refusal to accept delivery, Aurora reserves the right to cancel future Cash on Delivery orders from the customer.

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) POLICY

  • Customers placing Cash on Delivery orders are obligated to complete payment upon accepting the package.
  • Acceptance of the parcel shall be considered confirmation of successful delivery and order acceptance.
  • If QR payment instructions are provided at the time of delivery, customers are required to complete the payment immediately after receiving the package.
  • Aurora reserves the right to restrict or disable Cash on Delivery services for customers with repeated failed deliveries, refusals, fake orders, or payment-related issues.
  • Fraudulent activity, misuse of COD services, or intentional non-payment after order acceptance may lead to permanent restriction from placing future orders with Aurora.

 

RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY
Returns or exchanges will only be accepted in the following cases:

  • Damaged product received
  • Defective/manufacturing issue
  • Incorrect item received

To request a return/exchange:

  • Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Clear unboxing video and product images showing the issue must be shared for verification.
  • The product must remain unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

Please note:
No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be processed if:

  • The delivered product matches the order placed and is in proper condition
  • The customer changes their mind after delivery
  • The customer dislikes the colour, design, fabric feel, fitting, style, or overall appearance after receiving the item
  •  Minor thread issues, wrinkles due to packaging, or slight handmade variations are observed
  • The issue arises due to incorrect size selection by the customer
    Aurora reserves the right to decline return requests that do not meet the above conditions.

 

REFUND PROCESS

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after successful verification and return pickup (if applicable).
  • Refund timelines may vary depending on the original payment method and banking partner.
  • Shipping charges, COD charges, and convenience fees are non-refundable unless the mistake is from Aurora’s end.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
  • Aurora reserves the right to cancel any order suspected to be fraudulent, abusive, or violating company policies.

 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All content on this website including product images, logos, branding elements, graphics, text, designs, videos, and creative materials are the intellectual property of Aurora.
No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission from Aurora.


USER-GENERATED & INFLUENCER CONTENT
By tagging, mentioning, or sharing content featuring Aurora products on social media, customers and influencers grant Aurora the right to repost, reuse, publish, and promote such content across digital platforms unless otherwise agreed in writing.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Aurora shall not be liable for:

  • Delays caused by courier partners
  • Minor product variations
  • Indirect or consequential losses arising from product usage
  • Delivery failures due to incorrect customer information


PRIVACY POLICY
Aurora respects customer privacy.
Customer information such as name, phone number, address, email, and payment details will only be used for:

  • Order processing
  • Delivery coordination
  • Customer support
  • Marketing communication (where applicable)
  • Aurora does not sell or misuse customer information.
